Sadie Sink joins the cast of ‘Berlin Nobody’

After being applauded in Venice, Sadie Sink has just been announced in the cast of Berlin Nobody. A thriller directed by Jordan Scott, to whom we already owe the film Cracks (2009).

This Sunday, Sadie Sink went to the 79th edition of the Venice International Film Festival, for the very first screening of her latest film: The Whale. The film directed by Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a dream, Black Swan) received a long ovation. The success barely digested, Sadie Sink already joined a new project. It is Berlin Nobody, a dramatic thriller based on the novel Tokyo written by Nicholas Hogg in 2015.

The star of Stranger Things will play alongside Eric Bana (Hulk, Troie), Sylvia Hoeks (Blade Runner 2049) and Kiernan Shipka (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina). The film will tell the story of an American psychologist expatriated to Berlin. Called Ben Monroe, he investigates a cult that is believed to be behind a disturbing event in the capital, and whose followers seem to be growing in number. While he plunges into his work with a certain obsession, his daughter discovers the milieu of the underground parties of the city. Accompanied by a mysterious boy, she finds herself in danger….

Given the resounding success of the actress’ various projects, no one doubts the quality of this next movie, which will be released in 2023.
