3 movies you should watch this May!
Every month from now on, Sounds Of Series shares with you its selection of movies not to be missed for the month to come. Between the releases in theaters and on the different platforms, it is sometimes complicated to find your way, but don’t panic, we are here to help you!
1. The Gardians of the Galaxy 3
The 32nd movie of the MCU will be released in theaters on May 3rd. Part of Phase 5, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 promises to take the gang into a much less fun atmosphere than we’ve been used to in previous movies.
Six years after their last solo adventure, the Guardians have changed a bit: Peter Quill is still mourning the loss of Gamora and must gather his team to defend the universe and protect one of his own from the dreaded Master of Evolution. This character, expert in genetic manipulation, is a new threat for our heroes, and obviously has a score to settle with Rocket.
If he fails, this mission could mark the end of the Guardians as we know them…
2. Sublime
You liked Skam, Love Victor, Heartstopper or Young Royals? Don’t miss this film. Sublime tells the story of Manuel, 16, who is an ordinary teenager. In his small town in Argentina, he hangs out with his friends and girlfriend, goes to the beach, and plays bass in a rock band. But everything gets complicated when he starts to feel something special for his best friend Felipe.

3. The Little Mermaid
It’s a Danish classic that everyone knows, even more so since Disney got hold of it. In its live-action version, The Little Mermaid features Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton, who is an adventurous young mermaid. A rebel at heart, she is constantly attracted to the human world. During one of her escapades on the surface, she falls under the spell of Prince Eric. She makes a pact with Ursula, the sea witch, who grants her the power to live on dry land, without suspecting that this pact puts her life and her father’s throne in danger.
Sébastien, Ariel and Polochon will be at the cinema on May 24th to discover their world under the ocean.
La French Touch’ : Jeanne Du Barry
