How to take part in the Series mania festival from home!
If you live in France, near Lille, we don’t need to explain to you the chance you have to be able to attend Series Mania festival. But thankfully, this festival has thought of everyone by organizing an online festival, Series Mania+, at the same time. We’ll explain everything here!
Following a memorable masterclass
With Series Mania+ you’ll be able to see many interesting masterclasses, where the actor/actress look back on their career and share anecdotes with the public. Among those announced this year, we are particularly excited to see Tomohisa Yamashita, a great actor who has been seen in Tokyo Vice, The Head, and more recently Alice in Borderland.
The masterclass of Lisa Joy is also a must-see, as she’s worked as screenwriter, director and producer, on many successful series such as Westworld, Pushing Daisies and more recently The Peripheral.
We also wouldn’t miss Brian Cox’s masterclass, which will address some of his most famous characters, such as Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter to his current success with Logan Roy in the series Succession.
Finally, we can’t wait to hear Marcia Cross talk about the roles that made her a cult-actress in Desperate Housewives and Melrose Place.
Watching a series premiere
A lot of series are going to premiere at Series Mania and with personal access, you’ll be able to stream some of the episodes as well, in a limited time of course. So many interesting series are scheduled, among them, we are particularly impatient to see the first episode of the biopic Nolly, starring Helena Bonham Carter, the highly anticipated drama, Duty After school, and the webtoon adaptation Drops of God.
